Congratulation Barry and Noelle !
This engagement session was an adventure for me. Barry and Noelle picked the spot in Folsom at The Old Folsom Bridge. We then walked and walked and walked in The America River parkway and found several nice spots to photograph the couple. The place was so beautiful, I didn’t realize we were walking a long distance. Barry said we walked approximately miles to get to where they wanted to be photographed. I’m like “NO WAY! Did I walk that far? With just one 8 0z. water bottle?!!!!” My body did feel it the next day but it was all worth it for the sake of art. I got the pictures I wanted, the couple got the place they wanted, we had fun, and hopefully you enjoy the pictures! The only thing I regret that day was that I forgot to put sunblock! It was 100 degrees…

It was an exciting day last July 21, 2010 . First, I was waiting for UPS to arrive for my 16×20 print and it came around 6pm. Then the deadline to submit for the Professional Photographers os Sacramento Valley (PPSV) print competition is at 6:45 pm and I still have another appointment meeting at 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm. So I asked my buddy Ruben Edgardo if he could pick up my print and bring it to the PPSV meeting to submit it at Dante Club in Sacramento. Thankfully it got there on time. Thanks to Ruben Edgardo Gongalez.
I got there at the PPSV meeting at 7:30 pm and the speaker was Tim Engle showing his style of lighting using flashlights in his portraits. Then the print competition started at 9pm. I was so nervous because I didn’t know what the judges will say about my print. However, I’m so happy it scored high for superior quality! My print “The Mansion” got the Best of Show and Speaker’s Choice Award! Thanks to the judges David Mckay, Ally Mckay, Tim Engle, Thomas Kuhl, Sandra Harris and James Hays.
I would like to thank you also for the bride and groom Mea and Lendon. Thank you for trusting me to photograph your wedding. I know we had quite a way to walk to the mansion, but it’s all worth it and the pictures we took will last a lifetime.

After a full day of taking pictures of 150 girls for Miss California 2011 contestants in Santa Monica Califonia. Would you think I would take a break the following day? No. Raphael Maglonzo and AC Cubos of Runway Icon and Ruben Edgardo arranged for a fashion shoot with fashion make up artist, Jenny Xiao, and fashion hair stylist, Jeremy Nichols, Sunday afternoon at Jenny Xiao’s backyard in Los Angeles. Jenny wanted a gardening theme and she made a painting to be used as a backdrop. Jenny’s idea turned out great. Check out our gorgeous runway model, Sarah Gene Carroll. Enjoy!

Congratulations to Glenn and Thelma! I would like to share some of my favorite shots of them.
The ceremony and reception was held at DiNolfo’s Banquet 14447 West 159th St. Homer Glen , Illinois
The day after the wedding photo shoot was taken at The Adler Planetarium 1300 South Lake Shore Drive • Chicago IL 60605 • 312-922-7827
The Adler Planetarium— America’s First Planetarium — was founded in 1930 by Chicago business leader Max Adler. The award-winning view of the Chicago skyline seen only from the Adler Planetatium.
Also we went to take more photos at the famous Chicago Theatre 175 N. State Street Chicago, IL 60601 . 312.462.6300
The grandeur of The Chicago Theatre often leaves its visitors breathless. The elegant lobby, majestic staircase and beautiful auditorium complete with murals above the stage and on the ceiling, are components of an amazing building called “the Wonder Theatre of the World” when it opened on October 26, 1921.
When we were at The Chicago Theatre we noticed the whole block was parked with police cars. Jake Gyllenhall was filming that day for his up coming movie, “Source Code”!
Enjoy!
